There are also benefits to saving expressed colostrum if your baby is likely to need special care after birth.....In the early days, it’s important that your baby receives only your milk. If the unexpected happens and you and your baby are separated, or if your baby has feeding difficulties or health problems”

"Tips For An Epidural Birth"

An epidural is a form of a regional anesthesia that provides pain relief from the belly button down, most commonly used during childbirth.

I created an easy to understand, basic Ebook on tips for an epidural birth.

𝐖𝐡𝐲? 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬:
1.) It’s an option in a hospital birth
2.) Planning an unmedicated birth is not a guarantee that your plans may not change.
3.) The birther may physically benefit from an epidural, example, a very swollen cervix or maternal exhaustion, has a medical condition that would give the birther a chance at a vaginal birth.
4.) The birther has a history of physical trauma, emotional abuse, PTSD, sexual assault/rape victim, and just simply the birther does not want to feel pain that can trigger feelings.
5.) The birther is preparing for a scheduled cesarean birth.
